who is teaching the course? an outside company i bet . just a way to force you to spend money on something you do not need . man i am so glad romney didn’t win . this is what he did in mass. raised all the fees an rates on everything you have to buy thru the government .

And if a person can’t afford it… then what? Does CT have a plan to pay for all folks that won’t be able to get to work because getting a license costs too much? This really seems like a bad idea for the poor, but no argument CT needs to do something about their drivind.

thats dumb i had a car when i was 14 a permit on my 15th birthday and a full licence on my 16th birthday even skipped first through third period in high school to do all that
