I dont see what the problem is theyre not gettin it for free who would you want to hit your car an illegal immigrant with no insurance and no license (wich means ur fukd) or an illegal immigrant with a license and insurance!? Sounds like a no brainer more money goes back into the state with license purchasing..insurance.premiums. d.u.i. charges ..re licensing.. instead of it all goin back to mejico u DIGGG LOL
