Judge: Colorado Shooting Suspect to Face Trial
January 10th, 2013
CENTENNIAL, Colo. (AP) — A Colorado judge says there’s enough evidence for James Holmes to face trial on charges that allege he killed 12 people and injured 70 others in a movie theater last summer.
Judge William Sylvester said Thursday that prosecutors have established probable cause on more than 160 felony counts.
Holmes is due to be arraigned Friday, but his defense attorneys filed papers Thursday saying he’s not ready to enter a plea. They are likely to ask for the arraignment to be delayed.

I wouldn’t even throw away money taking him to trial, give him what he deserves!!
Just juice this slime ball!
It’s a shame there’s wasn’t anyone else armed in that theater. A trial wouldn’t be necessary.
Enough probable cause…ah yeah…ya think. It is a shame that criminals have any rights because the trial process is a waste of judicial economy and all parties time etc especially in this specific situation. Hopefully he will just plead out and be done with it!
Why is he still breathing? Kill the effin freak. He deserves no more time, money, or life wasted on him. Anyone who slaughters people like that do not deserve to be on this side of the dirt!!!!!!
If you take a life…..or multiple in this sad case….guess what?! Ya don’t HAVE rights. He should of been put to death the DAY he committed his disgusting acts.
^ LOL @ every person above who doesn’t believe we need the legal system….
alex only if it effects them .
