SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB) — The derailment of a train car caused some traffic troubles overnight.

A CSX train car went off the tracks at the corner of Cottage Street and Roosevelt Avenue shortly after 1:00 a.m. Wednesday.

Luckily, no one was injured.

There’s no word on what caused the derailment, but police say minor adjustments were made to get the car back on the rails.

The incident shut down traffic for about 40 minutes, but the area has since reopened.
