Springfield Man’s Death Ruled Accidental

High-Street-man falls from roofSPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB) – The death of a Springfield man who was found behind an apartment building last Saturday has been ruled accidental.

The body of 43-year-0ld, Daniel Himley was found by police late in the morning on January 12th at 40 High Street.

Himley had fallen from the roof of the building, but police don’t know why he was up there.

According to Police Sgt. John Delaney their investigation has led them to determine his death was an accident.

Authorities are still waiting to get back the results of Himley’s toxicology report.
