Being the eve of the start of this trial and being a very concerned grandparent and seeing how these people do thing i find it quite ironic and appaling that still no one does anything to stop these people my daughter was living ing in New York state when Massachusettes DCF stole her daughter for no reason other than the child’s father thinks he can use them to gain custody of a child when his rights were revoked in another court. I also find it appalling that they can harrass and stalk people likw they do and use excuses like you didn’t inform us that you were pregnant as reasons to remove a child which is just what they did to my sister one yr. ago and then no matter what the parents do the department refuses to give back these children instead they just come up with more and more for the parents to do for and say we won’t givve them back no matter what you do.Another thing that truly makes me sick is how they lie and twist everything anyone says to them I really feel that someone nees to make this known to the general public because these children get ripped away feom good homes and placed. in substandard housing many of which are filthy with trash and animals everywhere but yet children are taken from clean sanitary homes and put in. these places yet noone does anything. Never mind how they lie to the courts to gain custody of these poor children they aren’t suffering at home but are made to suffer at the hands of DCF. They go into court and waive our children’s rights,rights our chiildren don’t even know they have. Honestly how can a two yr.old child waive the rights they don’t even know they have, and this is exactly what they just did to my two yr. old grandaughter. They went as far as trying. to tell the judge that she said she hated her family this kind of behavior by social woorkers need to be stopped immediatly. Lies and maninupulation in the courts needs to stop if achild is truly abused i see removing them from thier homes but too many cvildren are being emoved from thier families just for the bonuses that these social workers recicive for removing them and its out of control our children have rights which are constantly being violated by these people and enough is enough it needs stop there aee far to many innocent victims in this state
