I use my mouth more than my body for self-defense. It usually works since sometimes people can’t keep up. I know its bad, but wishes I can use this for myself at times. Its a great way for the kids for their self esteem and their confidence

Funny @mike i don’t see you trying to teach these kids. How about you pony up and get in the classroom. I’m guessing you wouldn’t make it a week. You know why? Because you have a lousy attitude. People like you make me sick. Teachers are some of the hardest working people out there and all they ever do is get dumped on. Have some more respect.
