Route 9 Diner in Hadley to Stay Open

DinerHADLEY, Mass. (WGGB) — Many businesses have decided not to open their doors tomorrow, but that’s not the case at the Route 9 Diner in Hadley.

They stay open 364 days a year, through storms and every holiday but Christmas.

For them, business is even better during a storm like this since they’re pretty much the only place open.

Head Waitress, Brandy Fuller told us, “I still know a lot of my regular customers are going to be here through the storm. It’s the same as any other day. We keep busy and you know, have fun, and keep the customers happy.”

Fuller adds that it’s not just regulars though that come in during storms, the diner also sees a lot of plow drivers taking a breaking from their routes.
