Good news, Human Beings! Community went up — just a tick, but still — in its long-awaited Season 4 return.

Thursday’s premiere drew 4 million viewers and a 1.8 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic, up a tenth from last season’s premiere and up five-tenths from the Season 3 finale. That’s also higher than the dearly departed 30 Rock‘s average in the timeslot and is Community‘s best performance since March 15, when it returned from a lengthy midseason hiatus.
