Deputy Killed in Fugitive Ex-cop’s Last Stand ID’d

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A San Bernardino County sheriff’s deputy killed in a shootout with a man believed to be fugitive former LAPD officer Chris Dorner had gone into the search happy to help his community but wary of the dangers.
San Bernardino County Sheriff John McMahon identified the deputy Wednesday as Jeremiah MacKay, a man who grew up in the area and followed his father into public service.
MacKay suffered multiple gunshot wounds Tuesday and was transported to Loma Linda Hospital where he died of his injuries. He was 35.
MacKay was a detective who had been with the department for 15 years.
He leaves behind a wife, a 7-year-old daughter and a 4-month-old son.

Jason, you make it sound like you agree with the killing that this Dorner guy has done. I don’t care what his reasoning is, going on a killing spree is not okay.
It was only a matter of time before someone made it a race thing. The color of ones skin does not matter. It does not make the person good or bad.
Oppression my ^#* he was a deranged murderer who killed innocent people who got in his way it’s sickening to see people defending this animal. If he felt he was wrongly terminated their are ways to fight that and it’s definitely not murder.

going on a killing spree is ok , people just don’t like it because they are afraid it might be them . sometimes things have to happen . and people who screw with others for profit or just for the fun of it need to know that it has consequences
