Sheriff: Cabin Not Purposely Burned in Firefight

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A sheriff says his deputies did not intentionally burn down a California mountain cabin where fugitive ex-police officer Christopher Dorner is believed to have died.
San Bernardino County Sheriff John McMahon said Wednesday that his deputies shot pyrotechnic tear gas into the cabin and it erupted in flames.
He says the tactic was intended to drive Dorner out, but it was not their intention to set the cabin on fire.
A body believed to be Dorner was discovered in the ashes of the cabin, but McMahon said authorities have not positively identified the remains.
Yeah um OK! Did the sheriff not realize the radio traffic was being recorded. And cops were recorded saying “Burn this Motherf^%$er” and “Burn it down”….WTF ever happened to due process….How bad it when the police become vigilantes.
I am not believing anything the Lapd has to say. They lost my respect when they start getting trigger happy on innocent people. (which the major new outlets have not covered.)

WOW so yelling Burn this motherf*ck*r down” over the radio doesn’t show intent? They didnt want his story out all over the news if he was alive to continue to tell it. Dorner belonged in jail or dead for the way he went about his problems but now the LAPD are murderers too. When cops dont need to convict to kill it creates a mob-like police state

I know hunting down a murderer is a gross abuse of power. Even if his firing was unjustified from what I have read its possible. Out that aside the course of action he took by choosing to murder well lets just say not the right way to go. Just one question you can choose to answer or not but must of your post are anti police and government but yet I see you in a military uniform is this a personal grudge

No if it were my sow/daughter I would go kill the ****er with my bare hands..Problem is it’s not my son/daughter so I can see this with a different set of eyes and without emotion…..The police HAVE to follow the rules we give them..They are not supposed to act the way they did during all of this.
LOL no Chris I proudly served 8+ years in the military..I know many cops and one of my part time employees is a cop…What I have a problem with is the LAPD and how they handled all of this…..
