Not exactly the breakfast of champions, eh?

Miley Cyrus found herself in hot water — or more precisely, hot air — when the ex-Disney star posted what appeared to be a picture of herself smoking a large marijuana joint on her Instagram account.  Whatever ambiguity the picture left, the caption cleared right up:  “High as f—.”
