Bruno’s Killer Gets Almost 14 Years in Federal Prison

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB) — The man convicted of shooting and killing reputed mobster Al Bruno has been sentenced to over 13 years in federal prison.

Frankie Roche will serve 13 years and 9 months with credit for time already served on charges of murder and racketeering.

Roche has been in jail since December of 2005. He’ll also have 4 years of supervised release.

Roche shot Bruno in November 2003 as Bruno left his weekly card game outside the Mt. Carmel Society in Springfield

  1. Your kidding me, All that tax payers money and that’s all he gets. Wow what a Christmas present for him. Three meals a day and a roof over his head plus a flat screen TV What a deal. Oops I forgot, Nice state of the art gym also, Maybe we should pay him to.
