Officer Injured Responding to Domestic Disturbance Call
March 2nd, 2013
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB) — A Springfield police officer is recovering from minor injuries after he was called to a domestic disturbance around 12:30 this morning. Back-up officers were called to the scene on Maple Street and the detective bureau is still investigating the situation. The officer’s name is not being released at this time.

Domestics are the most dangerous police calls.
Tell that to the cop who gets killed on a routine traffic stop, or serving a warrant.
Here is a breakdown for 2009, of the 49 officers killed:
… Fifteen were ambushed
… Eight were involved in arrest situations
… Eight were performing traffic pursuits or stops
… Six were answering disturbance calls
… Five were involved in tactical situations (like high-risk entries)
… Four were investigating suspicious persons or activities
… Two were handling, transporting, or maintaining custody of prisoners
Once again your generalizations continue to waste space.
They (domestics) are SOME of the most dangerous calls to answer from what cops say. Don’t try & undermind me slushiequeen. They are still danergous.
You changed your tune from most to some. Make up your mind.
