Lets do some simple math here. If I have an AR or other assault rifle I want to get rid of, I can go to the SPD and get $100. Or I can go to the gun store or private sale and with the supply of ARs being so low, I could get $800 to $1300 for it. I think that the SPD needs to offer market value for this to be a success.
