Springfield, Mass (WGGB) Last Friday students across western Mass took time to reconize the 109th birthday of Dr. Seuss. Many schools honored The Springfield born author’s birthday by hosting community read-alongs. Schools had guest from the community come in to read to the kids.

Our very own Tom Lewis read to fifth graders at The West Springfield Memorial Elementary School and Meteorologist Dan Brown read to 3rd graders at The Stanley M. Koziol Elementary School in Ware. People from all professions took time to take part in read alongs.
