Jury Deliberations to Resume Monday in Cara Rintala Case

NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WGGB) — The jury in the Cara Rintala murder trial will resume deliberations Monday morning in Hampshire Superior Court.

The jury began its deliberations late Thursday afternoon after closings arguments were heard from defense attorney David Hoose and Assistant District Attorney Steve Gagne.

The jury deliberated all day Friday without reaching a verdict.

Cara Rintala is charged with murdering her wife, Annamarie Cochrane Rintala, in the couple’s Granby home in March, 2010.
