CHICOPEE, Mass. (WGGB) — A car crash sparked flames on the Davitt Memorial Bridge Friday morning.

The accident closed one lane of Granby Road for a short time. A construction container hit by the car caught fire.

Granby Road is back open.

The Davitt Memorial Bridge is currently closed and under construction.

So far, there is no word on if anyone was injured or what caused the crash.
