Ludlow Woman Facing OUI Charges for a Second Time

ArrestSPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB) — A Ludlow woman was arrested early this morning by State Police for allegedly operating under the influence of alcohol and it’s the second time that she’s facing such charges.

41-year-old Cheryl Shattuck has been charged with OUI 2nd Offense, Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Marked Lanes Violation, and Failure to Wear Seatbelt.

According to the Mass. State Police Shattuck was driving on Route 291 in Springfield at about 1:40 a.m. today when Trooper Robert Church witnessed her vehicle, a 2005 Honda Accord, traveling at a rate of speed much lower than the posted 55 MPH speed limit.  Upon further observation he saw the vehicle drifting all over the roadway and so at that point he pulled her over and placed her under arrest.

Shattuck was transported to the Springfield Police Department to be held while awaiting arraignment at Springfield District Court.

  1. Seriously?? Why bother posting comments,if they are used to rag on each other instead?? But back to the topic @ hand, this woman needs to either get help,or spend some time in Chicopee women’s jail..so she thinks about who she could kill one day…
