AGAWAM, Mass. (WGGB) — An Agawam road has reopened following a morning crash
Agawam Police Sgt. Anthony Grasso told ABC40 that a Honda Accord veered of the road and snapped the pole into three pieces.
The car then flipped on its roof.
The driver of the car was taken to Baystate Medical Center with cuts to their head, knees and hands, according to Grasso.
River Road was closed for a time while WMECo worked to make repairs to to a utility pole, but the road has since reopened.
