Holyoke Police Search for Suspects Following Rollover Crash

HOLYOKE, Mass. (WGGB) — Police are searching for occupants of a vehicle involved in a rollover accident in Holyoke that occurred in the vicinity of Sargeant Street and St. Jerome Avenue tonight.

The Holyoke Police Department received the call at about 8:30 p.m.

“We do have a rollover, looks like 2 vehicles involved. We believe the suspect motor vehicle was located on St. Jerome Ave.  We believe there were possibly 2 occupants that fled that vehicle,” explains Police Lt. Jim Albert.

He adds that officers are there now and are searching with K-9’s in the area they think these individuals may be.

One male was taken by ambulance to Baystate Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries according to police.

The Holyoke Fire Department and AMR did respond to the crash as well along with an Accident Reconstruction Team which  is investigating the circumstances surrounding this crash.
