Celtics beat the Knicks in OT

Boston CelticsBOSTON, Mass. (WGGB) —   The Celtics had their backs against the wall in a must-win match-up with the Knicks.

And it was an exciting game four in Boston.

It was a good start early for the C’s at home.

Jeff green hits the jumper — he had 26 points on the game.

Then it was Paul Pierce sticking it — to give the Celtics a 15 point lead.

Things were looking good — but then back came the Knicks.

Raymond Felton gets ‘one to go’ to put the Knicks within 10.

Then it was Iman Shumpert with the steal and the lay-in — that tied the game in the fourth quarter.

Neither team could break the tie — so we’d go to overtime.

And that’s where the Celtics took over– with Boston up one — Jason Terry hits the jumper.

The Celtics stay alive as they go on to win 97-90 in overtime.

They earn a game 5 Wednesday in New York.
