Southwick Police Officer Paul Miles says that around 2:40 p.m. Monday, a car was heading southbound on Route 10 when it tried to make a left turn in front of another car that was heading northbound and the two collided.

The drivers of both cars, 20-year-old Samantha Wysocki of Portland, Conn. and 32-year-old Margaret Fenton of Granby, Conn. were taken to an area hospital with what Miles describes as non-life threatening injuries.
