Small Plane Attempts Landing, Flips Onto Its Roof in Southwick


SOUTHWICK, Mass. (WGGB) — Emergency crews have responded to a report of a plane accident on North Loomis Stret Southwick.

FAA spokesperson Jim Peters says that around 12:10 p.m. Monday, a single engine Cessna C-182 made a forced landing on a grass strip and flipped over.

Southwick Police adds that no injuries have been reported.

Peters says that the FAA will continue to investigate the incident.
