SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB) — All it takes is two hands to save one life.
It’s called compression-only CPR and it’s easy to learn and is effective in saving lives.
Wednesday, from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., come down to the ABC40 Studios, 1300 Liberty Street, Springfield to take part in American Medical Response’s nationwide initiative, “AMR World CPR Challenge.”
During this FREE event, Emergency Medical Technicians will be on-hand with several manikins in an effort to teach as many people as possible this potentially life-saving skill.
Compression-only CPR takes less than ten minutes to learn.
The more people that learn CPR, the more lives could be saved. Will you be part of the challenge?
Please note: this event is not a CPR certification class.
We hope to see you here Wednesday here at ABC40!
