Sox beat Orioles 5 to 4

RedSoxLogoBALTIMORE, Md (WGGB) — After dropping the last 2 against the Orioles, the Red Sox picked up the win tonight at Camden Yards. The Sox were able to push past a 2-0 deficit with John Lackey pitching seven full innings to get the win.

A 2-run homer by Mike Carp followed by Stephen Drew’s go-ahead run in the 4th gave the Sox some much needed traction. Jonny Gomez also hit a home run, giving the Sox all they needed to handle Baltimore. Final Score: Red Sox 5, Orioles 4.
