SANFORD, Fla. (AP) — Prosecutors at George Zimmerman’s trial continue their questioning of witnesses who saw some of the confrontation between the neighborhood watch volunteer and Trayvon Martin that left the Miami-area teen dead.

The third day of testimony in Zimmerman’s murder trial resumes Wednesday.

The testimony of a neighbor of Zimmerman on Tuesday was the first by a witness who saw some of the fatal struggle.

Zimmerman is pleading not guilty to second-degree murder, claiming self-defense.

Prosecutors also may learn Wednesday whether they can introduce five police dispatch calls Zimmerman made in the six months before the shooting.

Prosecutors want to use the calls to bolster their argument that Zimmerman had reached a breaking point the night he shot the unarmed teenager.

I feel for the family for Trayvon. Poor kid harnessed by a wanna-be. Loses his life in the end for no reason. Zimmerman deserves time. Like 25 to life!
