Springfield Police Seek Breaking and Entering Suspect

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB) — Springfield Police are asking the public’s help in identifying a man suspected of breaking into one home and possibly others.

Springfield Police Sgt. John Delaney says that an alarm went off at a home near the 700 block of St. James Avenue around 9:00 a.m. Friday, June 21.

The suspect, captured on a home video surveillance system, entered the house through a small bathroom window. He is described as a hispanic man, in his early 30’s, with a slight beard. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and jeans.

Delaney notes that this person may also be responsible for other break-ins in the neighborhood.
