Alleged Hernandez Accomplice Held Without Bail

wallace(AP/Boston Globe) Attleboro, Mass. — A man facing an accessory to murder charge in the case involving former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has been ordered held without bail.

Ernest Wallace, of Miramar, Florida, pleaded not guilty Monday in Attleboro District Court in Massachusetts.

Wallace mouthed “I love you” to some people sitting in the courtroom.

He returns to court July 22nd.

Hernandez faces first degree murder charges for allegedly shooting Odin Lloyd to death and then dumping his body in a North Attleboro industrial park just blocks from the NFL player’s home.

A judge says he will release impounded search warrant materials in the murder case involving Hernandez tomorrow afternoon.

Meantime, Patriots owner Robert Kraft has broken his silence on Hernandez’ arrest.

Kraft tells the Boston Globe that the Patriots were “duped.” He added, “No one in our organization was aware of any of these kind of connections. If it’s true, I’m just shocked.”
