First Ever ‘FallsFest’ Held in South Hadley
SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. (WGGB) — Ten hours of live non-stop music drew quite a crowd in South Hadley today… and it benefitted not just one, but two good causes.
Bands, beer and fun were all a part of the FallsFest 2013 at Beachgrounds Park and people enjoyed it for free.
Organizers asked people bring nonperishable, canned goods for the local Neighbors Helping Neighbors food pantry… and a portion of all the proceeds from food and drink sales were given to the Pioneer Valley USO.
“The Pioneer Valley USO is greatly indebted to all the general public for their services and for their support of our military and their families, said David Jubinville of the Pioneer Valley USO.
The FallsFest 2013 wrapped up at 10 Saturday night.
