AMBER Alert Canceled After Boston Newborn Found Safe
BOSTON, Mass. (WGGB) — Boston and Mass. State Police have canceled an AMBER Alert for a newborn baby girl after she was reported missing earlier Friday night.
Around 9:15 p.m. Friday, police say that 40-year-old Damond Brown took 7-month-old Jayden Warren with him in his car, and he did not have permission from the infant’s mother to have the child.
Brown had allegedly made threats about hurting the baby, and Boston Police issued an AMBER Alert, in an effort to locate the girl.
Just after 11:15 p.m., Boston Police say that that baby was located and State Police say she has been reunited with her mother.
However, Brown remains on the loose. He is described as about 6’1″ tall, weight about 225 pounds, and was last seen wearing a grey shirt, grey shorts, and white sneakers.
