Springfield is well on the way to becoming another Detroit, or another Saginaw, Michigan. Gang violence, shootings, drugs, poverty, kids dropping out of school, lack of jobs, people who can’t spell… No amount of fixing roads or sprucing up the River Walk is going to change that. The state took over the “numbers racket” of the 60′s with the lottery and now they’re bringing another form of addictive gambling to the city with the casino.

If I was one of the sponsors of the gun Buy back that Springfield had a while back I’d want my money back. It didn’t work and never will work as well as all the gun control laws made to give people a feeling of being safe at the expense of law abiding gun owners.
