Three Lanes of I-91 South in Conn. Reopen After Crash
WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn. (WGGB) — Motorists may experience some slow going as they head south into Connecticut’s capital region following a crash.
WVIT-TV reports that early Friday afternoon, at least four cars became involved in an accident right near Exit 40 in the southbound side of Interstate 91.
The station adds that two cars rolled over from the impact of the collision.
As of 5:00 p.m., Connecticut State Police tell ABC40 that only the right lane remained closed.
It’s not yet known when all lanes of the highway will reopen.
