(WGGB) — Many users of Google’s Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Presentations service have been experiencing service issues since late Monday morning.
According to Google’s App Status Dashboard, issues with those web-based services began around 10:25 a.m. Monday.
For Gmail users, Google says that “The delivery of some messages is being delayed and attachments may fail to download,” while the impact of the service disruption on Docs and Presentations users is not known.
Since the problems have surfaced, Google has noted that “Our team is continuing to investigate this issue” and have been providing hourly updates on the restoration status of those services.
By 4:00 p.m., Google reported that they expect a resolution to all Gmail users within the next three hours, but that time frame “is an estimate and may change.”
