Biker Allegedly Involved in NYC Incident Turns Himself into Police

(CNN) — A 28-year-old biker is charged in connection with an alleged road rage incident in New York Sunday.

Authorities tell CNN Christopher Cruz, the biker on the right, turned himself in to police.

Authorities say Cruz was with a group of bikers who chased down and assaulted an SUV driver.

Video of the incident has gone viral on the web.

The unidentified victim was driving with his wife and young daughter when he accidentally struck a motorcyclist.

The group of bikers, called “Hollywood Stuntz,” surrounded the SUV.

Police say they cornered the driver and beat him up.

Authorities say Cruz was captured on video using his helmet to bash the SUV’s window.

Cruz faces several charges, including reckless endangerment, reckless driving and endangering the welfare of a child.

Good thing for the biker that in NYC you aren’t allowed to protect yourself with a firearm.
