Mass. Gas Prices Down Another Nickel
BOSTON (AP) — The average cost of a gallon of gas in Massachusetts has dropped another nickel in the past week, and is now 45 cents lower than at the same time last year.
AAA Southern New England reports Tuesday that self-serve, regular gas has fallen to an average of $3.38 per gallon, 20 cents lower than a month ago, but still 4 cents higher than the national average.
AAA found gas selling for as low as $3.36 per gallon for self-serve, regular and as high as $3.55 for the same grade.
