Falcons ‘Pump for Pride’ in Agawam

FalconsWEBAGAWAM, Mass (WGGB) — Full service gas stations are pretty much a thing of the past, but that wasn’t the case Tuesday in Agawam.

The Springfield Falcons were out Pumping for Pride at the Pride gas station on North Westfield Street.

Both Cody Goloubef and Michael Chaput were filling up tanks for customers.

“Pumping gas for fans is supporting our charitable foundation,” said Seth Tannenbaum of the Springfield Falcons. “It supports things in the community such as the YMCA, Link to Libraries, Habitat for Humanity and this is just another event, so all the tips those guys make today pumping gas for fans will go to that charitable foundation.”

The Falcons are back at the MassMutual Center Saturday, October 26 to host the Worcester Sharks at 7 p.m. for “Halloween at the Nest”.

Fans are encouraged to wear costumes, and trick-or-treating will be available on the concourse.
