Monson Police Need Help Identifying Attackers

MONSON, Mass. (WGGB)  — The Monson Police Department needs the public’s help identifying three individuals involved in a hate crime Sunday night.

Police took a report from a female Monday afternoon who said she was walking near the intersection of State Street and Gates street around 11 p.m. Sunday when she was approached by three white males. The individuals allegedly approached her from behind and began making comments regarding sexual orientation. One suspect punched her in the face, causing her to fall to the ground. He is described as having a brown colored beard but no mustache. After the attack the individuals ran off towards Cushman Street.

All three suspects appeared to be in their teens to early 20s, approximately 5’5 tall with slim builds. They were wearing dark colored hooded sweatshirts and jeans.

Anyone with information pertaining to this incident is urged to contact the Monson Police Department at (413) 267-5136.

Lets face it, people this stupid likely are stupid enough to do this in their own backyards. My guess is these are 3 losers in their early 20′s, living in mommys basement, and came out to blow-off some steam from the pressure of going nowhere…but jail where they belong.

Honestabe u are so right!! Most of the young people out there are exactly what u described!! Not all of them, but most. All they worry about is who or what they can rob or steal from next because a real job is too much work!! Its sickening, because half the parents are either involved too or doing the same!!
