George Zimmerman was arrested and booked into jail Monday after police responded to a disturbance report from a house in Apopka, Fla., The Associated Press reports. The charges against him had not been made public as of Monday afternoon.

Zimmerman was acquitted of murder this summer after fatally shooting unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin in Florida in 2012.

It’s not the first time he’s had a run-in with the law since his trial concluded in July. In September, he was involved in a domestic dispute with his estranged wife, Shellie, after she filed divorce papers. Neither was charged. Zimmerman has also been pulled over three times for traffic violations.

In 2005, he was ordered to take anger management classes after he allegedly attacked an undercover officer who was trying to arrest one of his friends, the AP reports.
