Mother, Boyfriend Arrested After Delayed Report of Missing Fitchburg Boy, 5
FITCHBURG, Mass. (WGGB) – A five-year-old boy is missing and his mother and her boyfriend have been arrested amid the investigation, according to Worcester County District Attorney, Joseph D. Early Jr.
Jeremiah Oliver was last seen by his relatives on September 14, but the District Attorney’s Office was notified on Friday of the missing child in Fitchburg. The investigation led to charges against the boy’s mother and her boyfriend.
Jeremiah’s mother, Elsa Oliver, 28, was arrested Monday on two counts of reckless endangerment of a child and two counts of accessory after the fact of a felony. She will be arraigned Tuesday in Fitchburg District Court.
22-year-old Alberto L. Sierra, was arraigned Monday in Fitchburg District Court on two accounts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Her two other children are now in the custody of the Department of Children and Families.
