SUNDERLAND, VT (WGGB) – Vermont State Police have called off an AMBERT Alert for a 12-year-old boy from Vermont.

State Police say Zachary Lee, of Sunderland, was found safe at a hotel in Lyme, Vermont and is safe Tuesday morning.

The alert was issued when Zachary was dropped off in his driveway at his foster home at 2327 North Road in Sunderland, but he never made it inside, said Vermont State Police.

Zachary was recently repatriated from France and authorities are worried his mother, 49-year-old Patricia Kane, took off with him. However, they did not confirm what led to his disappearance.

Hey midnitemary albee: You ask how do they tell? Read the article, she has a history of doing this, then simply look at her pic, and anyone can see there are real issues there. If caused by being seperated from her boy, or that’s the reason for her issues. Sad story all around.

So they issue an amber alert, then after cancelling it give no details? We deserve an answer, not silence.
