NBC has moved the 66th Primetime Emmy Awards from a Sunday to a Monday.

This year’s Emmys will air on Monday, Aug. 25, live on both coasts beginning at 8/7c. NBC normally airs the Emmys in August instead of September to accommodate Sunday Night Football commitments. The network opted not to air the ceremony on a Sunday because the MTV Video Music Awards had already booked Sunday, Aug. 24, and because the following Sunday, Aug. 31, is during Labor Day weekend.

The Creative Arts Emmy Awards will be held on Saturday, Aug. 16.

No hosts or producers have been announced yet. Will you watch the Emmys on a Monday?
