Statewide Candidates to Meet Voters in Northampton Next Week

TOWNS-NorthamptonNORTHAMPTON, Mass. (AP) — Democratic candidates for contested state offices will make presentations and meet with voters at an upcoming meeting of the Northampton Democratic City Committee.

The committee invited all of the candidates for Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General and Treasurer to speak at its meeting on Feb. 12.

Committee Chair Elizabeth Silver said 10 out of the 11 candidates have confirmed they will attend. The participants will include Maura Healey and Warren Tolman for attorney general, Leland Cheung, James Arena-DeRosa, Jonathan Edwards, Steve Kerrigan and Mike Lake for lieutenant governor, and Tom Conroy, Barry Finegold and Deb Goldberg for treasurer.

The meeting will be held at the JFK Middle School.
