State Police Make Gun and Drug Arrest in Holyoke
On February 21, 2014 at 6:13 p.m., Trooper Felipe Martinez of the Troop B Community Action Team was patrolling Holyoke when he stopped a GMC Yukon for a motor vehicle violation.
After searching the vehicle, Trooper Martinez found bags of marijuana, a Llama Minimax II .45 caliber 1911 style handgun, a stun gun, 368 bags of powder believed to be heroin, approximately 102 grams of cocaine, and a bag of Percocets.
The driver was arrested, and is being held at the Northampton Barracks . The driver is being and held on $100,000 bail, and will be arraigned in Northampton District Court on Monday morning.
