ABC40 Honor Roll- Students Help Students Over Seas

CHICOPEE, Mass. (WGGB) – In February, fifth grade students at The Stefanik School in Chicopee took part in a school service project for families in Swaziland, Africa.

The students and staff purchased and donated over two-thousand personal hygiene items including soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss and deodorant.

The kids were able to fill twenty individual bags and were personally delivered by one of their teachers, Mr. Jon Stogner.

The kids are proud of the project and want to thank everyone who donated.
