Armor Fall to Mad Ants

armorFORT WAYNE, IND. (WGGB)— A large fourth quarter lead couldn’t hold off the Fort Wayne Mad Ants as the Springfield Armor lost 115-104 Saturday night in Indiana.

Adonis Thomas lead all scorers with 30 points but it wasn’t enough to keep the Armor ahead. The Mad Ants benefitted from an all around team effort as they had five scorers in double figures, Tony Mitchell leading the way with 26.

The loss marks a season-long losing streak on the road for Springfield as they have dropped four straight.
The Armor now travel to Delaware for their final two games of the regular season,
