EXETER, N.H. (WGGB/AP) — Police officers from across the country are gathering today for the memorial service for a Brentwood, N.H. police officer killed in the line of duty.

Officer Stephen Arkell was shot to death last week when he responded to a domestic disturbance call.

A procession is underway. The memorial service is scheduled to begin around 11:00 a.m. at Exeter High School.
