Steady Rain Moves Out – Improvement on the WaySPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB) – The steady rain has moved out however we’ll be dealing with some showers and pockets of drizzle through the afternoon. Later on skies may brighten giving way to some sunshine, especially across the Bekshires.
High temps will stay mainly in the 60 with readings perhaps reaching into the lower 70’s across the Berkshires where there will be more in the way of sunshine.
We may see a few additional showers this evening before skies clear later on. As we heads towards morning some valley fog and low clouds my develop, especially in the valley.
Tomorrow, upper-level energy associated with this storm will drift to our east and slowly away from New England. However this energy should stay far enough away from western Mass that aside from a pop-up shower we will be staying dry. Under the sun and cloud mix tomorrow, temperatures get back on track for early June with highs in the 70s. A pleasant breeze will pick up during the day with refreshing levels of humidity too.
The weekend is looking fantastic! We’ll get back to summer-like conditions this weekend with warm temps and sunshine. Like Friday, Saturday features a mix of sun and clouds however it will be a bit warm with the mercury climbing into the lower 80s! It’s even warmer Sunday with lots of sunshine and highs in the middle 80s! Although it will be on the warm side dew points will stay fairly low, mainly in the lower 50’s.
Have a great afternoon!
