Springfield Police are investigating a motorcycle crash that took place on Friday. Authorities believe the driver of the motorcycle was fleeing a traffic stop when he ran into a near by mini van. No word on the extent of the diver’s injuries.
A burning smell grounded an American Airlines flight as is flew over the Pacific Ocean. The smell was said to intensify, causing the flight to make an emergency landing on Midway Island. That plane was making a trip from Honolulu to Guam. No explanation to what exactly went wrong. Officials say it was a mechanical issue. Everybody on board was okay.
The Republican party is sueing President Obama for ‘abusing his power” and they are using his own health plan to do it. They say he hs changed laws by executive power without congress. They have decided to only sue on Obamacare. Democrats are cashing in on the suit, using their campaign money.
The death toll from Israel offensive on Gaza has risen to 120. Nearly 1000 have been injured from the attacks. Fighting in the Gaza strip shows no sign of stopping, as it has gone into its 5th day.
Tommy Ramone has died at age 62. He was the last living member of The Ramones. During his time in the band, Tommy acted as the band’s drummer. The Ramones were obducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002.
Lebron James is headed back to Cleveland. James made his highly anticipated decision on Friday following his pursuit to stay a free agent. He is currently a member of the Miami Heat.
