simplyliving Host, Maggie Pereiras

Maggie Pereiras was born and raised in Western Massachusetts. Growing up in Wilbraham, she graduated from Minnechaug Regional High School.  Maggie then attended Marist College in Poughkeepsie New York where she majored in Communications, concentrated in Journalism and minored in Fine Arts. While at Marist, she was also heavily involved in Marist College Council on Theatre Arts, the Marist College Singers and promoted the school as a student worker in Admissions. She also interned in news and television production both with WWLP and Clear Channel Entertainment Television.

After graduating Maggie fulfilled a life-long dream of living and working in New York City. But it did not take long for her to realize that Western Massachusetts would always be home and where she wanted to plant her roots.

When Maggie isn’t working on simplyliving, she loves to spend time with her husband, family, friends and French Bulldog, Cooper!
